British Esperanto President coming to Largs

Professor John Wells, the President of the Esperanto Association of Britain, has agreed to lecture during the 100th Scottish Esperanto Congress. He has still to choose his precise theme, but it will be within the sphere of linguistics.

Professor Wells lectures at London University on Phonetics. He is a former President of the World Esperanto Association (UEA)., and has compiled an Esperanto dictionary and written about the linguistics of Esperanto.

The 100th Scottish Congress has attracted a particularly strong team of lecturers.
