Scottish Esperanto Congress 2004

Scottish President, Hugh Reid, will be involved during the Festive Season in finalising the programme.

He is hoping that there will be a very special guest.

Hugh has indicated that women will have an important role in the Congress.

We now await the results of his negotiations. A preliminary programme should be ready late in January 2004.
