SEA Council discusses Pan-Celtic Congress

The Council of the Scottish Esperanto Association spent over an hour at the end of November discussing the Pan-Celtic Congress in Pitlochry.

Numerous proposals were made concerning programme and Excursions.

It is hoped that the booking form will be ready for mid-January 2014.

But at least the dates are firm at this stage - 5/11 June 2014; and the Congress will incorporate a meeting of the Grundtvig partners of SEA.
